X Collective is a project that is close to my heart.  After 15 to 20 years of recording and producing for others, I decided to share some of my own ideas.  Initially, it was just all me by myself, but lately, I like to include friends. I like to highlight their skills and talents. I feel accomplished when the result of our efforts overwrites the sum of our skills.

I love creating sounds, I love playing with words and putting them together in a way that feels right; I don’t even really need to understand what they mean. 

I haven’t necessarily planned out a career in music, I don’t have a specific agenda with a timeline. I don’t have a mission nor ambition to change the world. I just have a primal need to create music. My music is rather a product of my selfish approach to stay sane, to find and keep my peace and to heal or distract my heart from struggles and worries.  

While I don’t like to commit myself to a box that fits a style, shape or colour, I am aware, just like anyone else; I have a personality, which translates into certain ways of doing things where inevitably, I create my own box. But I’d like it to be a big one where everyone is welcome!

My love for making music precedes my need to promote it. So I‘d like to express my genuine gratitude to anyone who shares and thus promotes my music
